Sign Up
At Sign Up your entry will be checked, and additionally you will be given a wrist band and your evening meal token (Please take care not to lose it).
The Sign Up table will be in the Red area, before 1:30pm, and the Green main events area after that.

The bouncy castle and slip slide are in the Grey Area
Event Rules
Do
- Bring cards/money (Snacks & drinks available through the day)
- Bring suncream
- Bring your tents
- Bring your own snacks/drinks
- Dry clothes (for after the slip-slide)
- Chairs & picnic blankets
Don't
- Bring dogs
- Bring BBQs
- Bring nuts or food that include nuts
- Light fires
- Smoke
- Drive cars on to the field after 1pm
- Leave your cars on the field after setting up your tent
Additional Information
- Additional parking is available at the Rugby Club
- Please can you make sure your children respect the sports equipment and games, as they are expensive to purchase and need to last many years
- You are responsible for your children whilst on-site, so please keep an eye on them and ensure you know where they are at all times
- Toilets are available in the pool changing rooms and the sports hall
- Free tea, coffee and squash available in the Pavillion (No unaccompanied children please)
- First aid is available in the Pavillion area
- Labelled bins for General Waste and Recycling will be provided around the field
